On day two of the Ad Age Digital Conference, creative director of VR studio, Framestore, Resh Sidhu talked about why it’s important that marketers practice restraint before jumping into the VR experience.
“Nobody knows what a VR script looks like,” Ms. Sidhu said. “We are still figuring it out. Your 16×9 TV script will not work in VR. It’s surprising to see how many agencies will have a VR script, but have never tried VR itself.”
Framestore saw major buzz at South by Southwest earlier this year when it had attendees “Ascend the Wall” for HBO’s “Game of Thrones.” The company has also done work for Merrell, Marriott Hotels and Volvo, among others.
